My client is looking a proactive and detail-oriented ERP Support Coordinator to oversee and enhance the daily operations of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Priority Software. This role involves providing frontline technical support, troubleshooting system issues, coordinating upgrades and custom developments, and ensuring smooth system integration with business operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Priority Software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for ERP system users, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
  • Work closely with IT teams and external Priority software providers to diagnose and resolve technical challenges.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions to improve user proficiency with Priority software.
  • Create comprehensive user guides and documentation to support ERP system navigation and functionality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and requirements for system improvements.
  • Manage and oversee software testing aligned with project timelines.
  • Document and report issues identified during testing phases.
  • Work with ERP support vendors for system updates, custom developments, and upgrades.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline business processes through ERP enhancements.
  • Implement best practices for data management and system usage to improve overall efficiency.
  • Perform regular data integrity checks and system audits to maintain accuracy and adherence to company standards.
