Workshop Foreman/Forewoman
NEOS are currently working with a great Plant Company in West London who are looking for a Workshop Foreman.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing business in the Plant Hire Sector.
As a Workshop Foreperson you will be overseeing the day to day running of Hire Team Fitters & will report directly to the Workshop Manager.
You will be required to do the following:
Manage the Fitters within your remit of the Workshop
Inspect and check all Plant Attachments so that they are fit for Hire.
Adapt & overcome faults and assist team members if needed, to diagnose issues.
Support the Workshop Manager with all H&S requirements.
To be successful in this role we are ideally looking for someone who has Attachment Hire knowledge and NVQ Level 2 Plant Maintenance although if you have other qualifications, these can be taken into consideration.
