The Opportunity

As a Legal Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the EMEA Legal Team, ensuring that legal processes run smoothly and efficiently. If you’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and organisational support to the Legal Team.
  • Ensure legal contract systems and case management platforms are up to date.
  • Support with legal invoice processing and document management.
  • Assist in training the wider teams on legal processes and updates.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal legal enquiries.
  • Ensure efficient administration of legal contracts and compliance policies.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain smooth legal operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous legal secretarial/administrative experience (in-house or private practice).
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with case management platforms like Apttus, Conga, or iManage would be ideal.
  • A high-energy, results-driven approach with a passion for legal operations.
  • A self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.
  • A team player who can work independently while contributing to a collaborative environment.
