Our client is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for a minimum of 3 months.
The day to day of the role will include.
- Ensuring all recruitment records are maintained accurately within the system
- Coordinating with managers to schedule interviews and prepare interview packs
- Sending out offer letters and contracts
- Completing pre-employment checks, eligibility to work, references etc
- Inputting new starter data on to system
- working to ensure all compliance is adhered to
- Providing administration support to the recruitment and HR teams
The ideal candidate will need experience in working to support a recruitment team with all round duties and good systems knowledge.
