The Role

As Head Chef, you'll lead the culinary team in creating and serving high-quality dishes that reflect our seasonal themes. You'll be the driving force behind menu innovation, kitchen management, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check and maintain the quality of dishes served
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop seasonal menus
  • Lead kitchen operations, from inventory management to maintaining cleanliness
  • Support and motivate the kitchen team, fostering a positive work environment
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene standards
  • Manage customer feedback, ensuring each guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience
