Do you have a background in Bid Management / Bid Writing or similar, looking for a permanent position with a leading healthcare group who are in an exceptional period of growth, who value their employees, offer a great environment and the opportunity to progress your career?

On offer is the opportunity to join a leading medical equipment manufacturer and supplier, who have recently acquired another business to add to their group. The company provide medical mobility equipment for both domestic and commercial clients, these include stairlifts, hoists, slings and other crucial devices. Due to the nature of the business, they are looking for someone who wants to make a difference to people who need it.

This varied role, will see you responsible for administration and delivery of tender projects from conception to completion, the written materials for bids, working closely with the Bid team and Manager, onboarding of customer accounts as well as offboarding client contracts. The successful candidate will need to collate all documentation, have a good eye for detail and ensure all data is processed accurately.

This role would suit a candidate with a background in Bid Management or Bid Writing looking for a varied position in a tight-knit environment with a company who have long term stability and will offer you the opportunity to progress as the business continues to grow.

The Role:

  • Management of bid programmes alongside the Bid Manager / Team
  • Collation of corporate documentation
  • Onboarding / Offboarding new and existing contracts
  • General Administrative tasks
  • Mon-Fri (37.5 hr week) - flexible
  • Hybrid potential after Probation

The Person:

  • Background in Bid Writing / Bid Management
  • Background working with / in Public Sector
  • Commutable to Grange Moor, Wakefield
