The purpose of this position is to support the business with all customer enquiries. The role will require the successful individual to be fluent in French both written and verbal.
This role is French speaking working with the European market
Duties Include
- You will use your experience working with customers to ensure full service is supported.
- Be the first point of contact with all customer enquiries
- Work as a team to ensure all KPI’s and company performance is supported.
- Dealing with product-related issues with specialist after-sales knowledge
- Receive, input and follow up of quotes, process sales orders – as required
- Obtain feedback on lost enquiries to improve our performance and offering – as required
- Ensure customers are aware of progress and issues are dealt with
- Prepare and issue progress reports to customers
- Improve customer experience
- Collecting customer feedback and market research to enhance the customer experience for future business
Requirements
- Highly proficient in spoken and written French.
- Experienced in sales/customer service/administration
- Willingness to learn
- Confident telephone manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team player.
- Organised, able to multitask and problem solve while working with pace.
- Natural, pleasant and confident attitude.
