- Hybrid working – ability to work from the office and from home (2 days at home, 3 in the office)
- Profit share arrangements – 25% of all profit for billings over £150,000

- Responsible for handling your own caseload of residential sales and purchases, to include both freehold and leasehold
- Preparing SDLT forms and preparing other transactions
- Providing an excellent level of client care at all times
- Liaising with clients and third parties
- Supporting other members of the team
- 3 years PQE as a qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer.
- Extensive Residential property experience.
- Autonomous and self sufficient
- Demonstrable experience of providing clients with quality advice and guidance.
- Strong technical and IT skills.
