Are you a confident, outgoing individual who is looking for an exciting Purchase Ledger Clerk role? An amazing opportunity has become available working in the finance team of a prosperous, well-established construction company based near Walsall.

The successful candidate will ideally be immediately available and looking to improve their transactional skills and knowledge in a long-term contract. This position will involve multiple tasks including processing and paying a high volume of internal invoices and supplier statements on time, and communicating positively with suppliers, the rest of the team and finance management.

Skills required:

  • Excellent communication skills, especially when managing and retaining positive supplier relationships.
  • Reliable organisational and time management skills in order to process and manage a high-volume of invoices and manage multiple tasks.
  • Intermediate knowledge of IT systems such as Microsoft Excel.
  • Some experience would be advantageous, but is not essential. Knowledge gained through your studies will be recognised and appreciated.
