About the Role:
As the Business Support Operations Manager, you will provide confidential, strategic, and high-level support to the CEO. Your role will be to optimise the CEO's time and focus by managing key tasks, communications, and engagements while also leading the Executive Support Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbox, calendar & travel management - ensuring seamless scheduling and prioritisation.
- Liaison & representation - acting as a key point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Project coordination - overseeing high-profile, confidential projects that drive business growth.
- Board & leadership support - managing the preparation and distribution of reports, board papers, and presentations.
