Finance Manager

Reed Finance are pleased to be working with one of our clients to appoint a Finance Manage. The company is growing business and are expanding the finance function.

As Finance Manager, your key duties will include:

• Oversee a small team
• Ensure all financial reports are met with month end timelines.
• Responsible to produce Month End Reporting packs for multiple cost centres.
• Prepare and submit monthly updates to SLT
• Reporting of all key financial data to SLT.
• Regular engagement with operational teams.
• Ensure all legal regulations in Accounting and Finance are adhered to.

Profile:

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified – Ideally candidate will have a min of 3 years PQE
• Experience of managing a small team
• IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft packages and ERP systems
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Conscientious, methodical and able to work under own initiative
• Task orientated with the ability to build effective relationships
