Description
- Coordinate the import process for a range of goods across multiple suppliers and countries.
- Effectively communicate with external stakeholders including suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs officials.
- Ensure compliance with all necessary import regulations and procedures.
- Work closely with the Secretarial & Business Support team to manage documentation and reporting.
- Resolve any issues or delays in the import process promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor and report on import performance, identifying any areas for improvement.
- Support the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
