Due to securing a multi-million pound contract within the Walsall area, my client is now looking to appoint a Site Manager to manage a Roofing Contract on a Housing Site
The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills / experience:
- Experience within the roofing industry
- Ideally a background in site management, however would be open to candidates with a good roofing knowledge looking for progression.
- An ability to oversee multiple jobs simultaneously, often with pressured time frames and at numerous sites.
- Must have a good understanding of current requirements with general site H&S including the implications that relate
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to use initiative where required
Job Description
- Site management
- Arrangement of delivery's
- Reporting to the Contracts Manager daily
- Reporting any issues and concerns to the Contracts Manager
- Attend progress meetings
- Issuing weekly progress reports
- Management of workforce (including sub-contractors)
- Keep records of site changes
