Business Development Manager

I am currently recruiting on behalf of my prestigious client, based inBloxwich,Walsall, for an experiencedBusiness Development Managerto join my clients team.

Joining this successful and friendly team, the successful applicant will need to be hard-working, confident and have the ability to develop and sustain client relationships. The business has seen continued growth across the last three years and are now looking to further establish themselves in their sector.

The successful applicant will drive company sales by building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. You will also be required to develop creative and resourceful methods of sourcing new clients.

Full training will be provided for the successful applicant. Business development/sales executive/sales experience is essential.

About the role:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the consumer services sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues that arise promptly.

Hours and Pay:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Starting salary 27,000-30,000 dependent on experience
  • Commission pay

About you:

  • Proven Business Development/Sales Executive/Sales experience is essential
  • CRM experience is desired
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships
  • Confident and hard-working attitude
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Self-motivated and punctual
