Shift Pattern: Mon - Fri / 8:30-16:30

Responsibilities of this job role

If you are successful in your application to this post, some of the responsibilities you will be expected to manage and deliver on are outlined below.

  • To manage own patient caseload and be responsible for a defined area of service, working without direct supervision.
  • To independently perform advanced assessment of outpatients with diverse presentations and complex physical and psychological conditions to provide a diagnosis and deliver an individualised and specialised treatment programme of care.
  • To work across the local community to provide a specialist service to patients in pulmonary rehabilitation.

To be successful in applying for this role you will need:

  • HCPC registered
  • Degree In Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • Specialist respiratory knowledge and experience of working within the community
  • Car driver with a valid license to drive in the UK with access to transport to be used for business purposes

In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of

  • Relevant Qualifications
  • Registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable.
