Butler Rose is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Product Data Management Support professional to join a dynamic team within a leading organisation. This role reports to the PDM Controller and is integral to meeting the demands of Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) creation as SAP is rolled out across the European Division.
**This is an office based position only - flexible on start times **
Key Responsibilities* SAP Material Creation: Manage the material creation process for Europe, including production items via the SKU cockpit and purchased items through LSMW (prime/raw materials, spare parts, tooling, packaging). * Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the wider business and the Team to meet a Service Level Agreement (SLA) of 24-48 hours for product requests. * On-Site Support: Provide hands-on support during SAP rollouts. * Costing Assistance: Support the MAP Manager in the product costing process. * Coverage & Flexibility: Ensure seamless operations during holidays or absences and take on ad-hoc duties as required.
Skills required
Essential:Currently holding or studying for an accountancy qualification (AAT, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent). Strong computer literacy, particularly in finance systems (ideally SAP ERP system) Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and numeracy skills. Desirable:A continuous improvement mindset. Exposure to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. The ambition to grow within the organisation. Highly organised and deadline-oriented. Adaptability to work effectively in diverse cultural settings. Flexibility to travel within the UK and occasionally across Europe. Diligence and a focus on improvement.
