In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with commercial customers, handling enquiries from both new and existing clients, and providing account support. Key responsibilities:
- Drive growth by acquiring new commercial customers through warm leads.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new/existing commercial clients.
- Serve as the key point of contact - managing enquiries and providing accurate quotes.
- Administer contracts, pricing, and terms to secure and retain new/existing clients.
- Handle queries related to CRM, billing, and tariffs while ensuring excellent service.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to take ownership of queries and provide effective solutions.
- Customer focused with commercial acumen, tenacity and drive
- A flexible attitude with the ability to learn, adapt, and solve problems effectively.
- Comfortable working with numbers and using Excel for cost analysis.
- Experience of working in the Energy sector – Desirable
