In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with commercial customers, handling enquiries from both new and existing clients, and providing account support. Key responsibilities:

  • Drive growth by acquiring new commercial customers through warm leads.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new/existing commercial clients.
  • Serve as the key point of contact - managing enquiries and providing accurate quotes.
  • Administer contracts, pricing, and terms to secure and retain new/existing clients.
  • Handle queries related to CRM, billing, and tariffs while ensuring excellent service.

Skills and experience required:

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to take ownership of queries and provide effective solutions.
  • Customer focused with commercial acumen, tenacity and drive
  • A flexible attitude with the ability to learn, adapt, and solve problems effectively.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and using Excel for cost analysis.
  • Experience of working in the Energy sector – Desirable
