Rare opportunity as Finance Manage/Financial Controller to join a high growth business with a great product and amazing culture.

You will be reporting into the Head of Finance and managing a small team whilst supporting the growth and quality of reporting requited during an exciting growth journey.

Day to day accountabilities and responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management reports
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Ensuring accurate coding of cost across the general ledger proactively identifying and resolving any issues or reconciling items
  • Preparing and maintaining schedules across such areas as prepayments, accruals, fixed assets, external loans and foreign currency valuation
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
  • Work with external auditors to ensure smooth statutory account filing
  • Implement and monitor internal controls
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes

You will be a hands-on individual with experience in identifying and implementing process improvements and will ideally will have worked within a stock related business.

A good working level Excel is pre-requisite coupled with good all round management and financial reporting skills.
