Fawkes & Reece South are working with a sub-contractor that is working in collaboration with a main contractor and private client on an infrastructure project in Dorset worth over 20m. They are delivering a civils package worth 3m over the next 3 years based on a NEC3 contract.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be reporting to a Director as part of a small team. Your role will be to ensure that the commercial duties are being performed in line with a NEC3 contract. You will be involved in the below duties (but not limited to):

Accurate monthly forecasting and agreeing on variations
Producing and sending subcontractors enquiries
Producing monthly reports and cost value reconciliations
Managing change and producing compensation events
Preparing and submitting final accounts

Requirements including certificates and qualifications:

Degree-qualified in a Quantity Surveying subject or equivalent

Experience working on any civil engineering or infrastructure related projects

Candidates must be able to prove their eligibility to work in the UK
