As the Financial Controller, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the business, leading on integration post-acquisition, refining financial reporting, and improving processes to support continued growth.

Management Information (MI) Development - Create and refine a new MI pack to provide key insights for stakeholders.?? Business Partnering - Work closely with the CFO, senior leadership, and operational teams to drive financial performance.?? Compliance & Controls - Strengthen financial governance, ensuring regulatory and statutory compliance across the business.

Who We’re Looking For:

? Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a strong technical and commercial finance background.? Experience in a PE-backed, multi-entity, or acquisitive business (B2B services preferred).? Hands-on and strategic mindset - comfortable rolling up your sleeves while contributing to high-level financial strategy.? Track record in M&A, integration, or process improvement in a fast-moving environment.? Excellent stakeholder management - ability to communicate financial insights to both finance and non-finance leaders.
