Job Title: Team Manager – Sales & Customer Service
Location: Birchwood – 100% office-based
Salary: £32,000 per annum + up to £600 monthly bonus
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with every other Saturday morning (rotating shift pattern)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to lead a team of Inbound Customer Service & Sales Advisors in a busy, fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring your team delivers exceptional service while maximising sales opportunities, all within a supportive and professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Performance Management: Conduct regular 1-2-1s, coach, and develop your team to achieve individual and team targets.
Sales & Service Focus: Motivate and support advisors to maximise sales while maintaining excellent customer service.
Coaching & Development: Provide ongoing training, guidance, and feedback to improve skills and performance.
Absence & Performance Management: Monitor attendance, handle difficult conversations, and manage any performance issues.
Customer Excellence: Ensure all customer interactions meet high standards, creating a positive experience.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate staff records, including performance tracking, coaching notes, and absence management.
Problem Solving: Handle escalations and support advisors in resolving customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

Proven experience managing a sales or customer service team in a contact centre or similar environment.
