Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per year
Hourly Pay: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour + tips

Are you a passionate Chef looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills? Do you love organic and fresh local produce, creating seasonal, delicious plates of food with great taste to excite the senses?
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef (preferred but not required).
- Ability to make pizza dough from scratch (full training provided if needed).
- Passion for creating authentic Italian grilled steaks, using fresh, locally sourced seasonal vegetables from nearby allotment growers.
- A team player who can assist with kitchen preparation and maintain high standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while delivering top-quality food.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Managing the Argentinian steak grill handling smoked wood embers and fire control during service.
- Cooking traditional & creative wood-fired pizzas to perfection.
- Assisting the kitchen team with food preparation and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.
- Managing inventory for pizza, steaks, and fresh produce, ensuring quality and freshness.
- Working closely with the Garden Brasserie Manager to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in menu development and sourcing high-quality ingredients.
- Support stock management and kitchen organization.
- Ensure food hygiene, safety, and health standards are met.
