This company are a leading construction company who have earnt themselves a notable reputation for their high quality work within the design and build industry, working on a number of exciting projects with some global names. Looking to expand the business our client pride themselves on encouraging a flexible work-life balance whilst delivering a first-class service to their clientele. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Estimator to join their team.

In this role you will be based on site playing a crucial part overseeing and tracking projects. Working closely with the team, producing rams, scheduling materials, arranging for subcontractors to price works and preparation of monthly contract applications and account reports.

The ideal candidate is an estimator with experience in an estimator role specifically within the design and built / construction environment. You will have good interpersonal skills as well as being able to communicate effectively across both the company and when facing clients.

The Role:

-Estimator
- Building and Maintaining strong relationships
-Assisting in qualifying tenders /decisions whether to tender
-Reviewing tender packs and enquiries
-Carrying out Site Surveys
-Read and understand contracts, specifications and drawings.

Requirements:

- Previous estimating experience
-Experience within Construction / Commercial / Office environments & projects
- Driving License
