Kate McCarthy owns McCarthy Recruitment and is now looking for a new right arm following the retirement of her Executive Assistant. You will be committed to providing a personal service to her and ensuring she has the assistance she needs to deliver her role and ensure that her busy life is managed. No two days will be the same and you will be supporting Kate with her various projects and personal needs. Key Responsibilities of an Executive Assistant:
  • Scheduling meetings, appointments and events and managing Kate’s time effectively
  • Managing support function for the recruitment business, providing support where necessary and naturally leading the team
  • Social media management
  • UK and international personal and professional travel, accommodation and expenses
  • Plan and execute company meetings, events, and training sessions
  • Inbox Management
  • Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to ensure favourable terms and optimal relationships, act as liaison with vendors, service providers
  • Relationship Management with customers, suppliers and contacts
  • Manage projects and deliver to all deadlines.
  • Problem solves, be able to spot issues and create a plan to rectify them.
  • Communicate ideas and business initiatives to the team to ensure the sharing of best practice and maximisation of sales and business growth.
  • Ideally will also assist with the operational management of the McCarthy Recruitment Office providing assistance to the sales support team and leadership
