Are you a strategic thinker with strong analytical and commercial expertise? We're looking for a Qualified Senior Finance Business Partner to lead financial strategy and performance across a high performing business

In your new role as Senior Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective financial control, reporting, budgeting and forecasting for multiple business units.

You will business partner with senior stakeholders to monitor performance and drive efficiency. You will continually improve the quality, accuracy and timeliness of financial information for key stakeholders.

You will support the operations team in the preparation and delivery of the strategic business plans of multiple.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide financial insights to stakeholders and guide decision-making.
  • Analyse performance, identify trends, and validate P&L impacts.
  • Oversee forecasting and budgeting for product categories.
  • Monitor accruals, optimise pricing deferrals, and validate rebate components.
  • Support branches with stock optimisation and deliver inventory insights
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a small team of 3 analysts.
  • Provide financial support to senior leaders.

Person Specification:

  • Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
  • Strong commercial finance expertise and analytical skills.
  • Proven business partnering and leadership experience.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
