Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner, providing insights to drive financial performance and inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with leadership to foster a performance management culture.
- Develop and manage financial plans and budgets with business leaders.
- Deliver financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and monitor performance for improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong financial and business acumen with exceptional analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Proactive problem-solver, capable of driving creative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience.
- A degree is desirable.
