Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner, providing insights to drive financial performance and inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with leadership to foster a performance management culture.
  • Develop and manage financial plans and budgets with business leaders.
  • Deliver financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and monitor performance for improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong financial and business acumen with exceptional analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Proactive problem-solver, capable of driving creative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience.
  • A degree is desirable.
