This company are looking for an experienced 3rd Line Engineer to join their small, collaborative team based in Warrington. In this dynamic, fast-paced technical support role, you'll provide assistance to a range of customers while continually developing your skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing 3rd Line support to customers, ensuring the issue is resolved.
  • Acting as a point of escalation to other members of the team.
  • Visiting customer sites locally to install solutions and resolve technical issues, whilst also providing remote support across the organisation.
  • Assisting and mentoring 1st and 2nd line engineers, helping to expand their problem-solving skills.
  • Supporting the Service Delivery Manager by managing tasks, including ticket management, and stepping in during their absence.

Key Skills and Requirements

  • Previous experience in an MSP environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft environments, with specific experience in Windows Servers and Operating Systems.
  • Proficient in Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, SharePoint, OneDrive & VPN.
  • Experience with Migrations, mainly on-prem to cloud.
  • Good understanding of problem management and incident management processes.
