The company has a fast-growing ecommerce and B2B presence, along with ambitious future growth plans. About the RoleAs the Email and Content Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and expanding the clients CRM channel, which they aim to establish as a centre of excellence in the industry. This is an exciting opportunity to drive rapid, profitable growth while leveraging both data and creativity to deliver outstanding customer communication.They are not looking for someone to simply send out weekly emails; instead, they need someone who can shape meaningful customer journeys, implement lifecycle programs, and create dynamic automated campaigns that directly contribute to business success.If you’re passionate about CRM and email marketing, enjoy working with data, and have a creative flair, this role will offer you the perfect balance between technical skills and content creation.Key Responsibilities80% of the role: Email CRM
  • Lead the CRM program, overseeing development and implementation
  • Create behavioural, lifecycle, and RFM-based email programs to drive daily sales
  • Focus on automation and triggered emails to enable scalable CRM efforts
  • Collaborate with data and product teams to identify buying patterns and create programs for repeat purchases
  • Manage operational and customer satisfaction emails, ensuring a seamless brand experience
  • Deliver ongoing performance reports and dashboards
20% of the role: Content for CRM
  • Hands-on content creation to drive engagement and repeat purchases
  • Produce blog posts, social media content, and video materials to support promotions and product launches
  • Ideate loyalty programs, refer-a-friend initiatives, and case studies to enhance customer retention
  • Highlight customer success stories, product launches, and unique builds through creative content
What Experience Should You Have?
  • Ecommerce B2C experience is essential
  • Proven experience as an email/CRM manager, with a strong understanding of automation, APIs, and segmentation
  • Ability to use data to craft highly targeted and effective email campaigns
  • Experience in content creation (copy, social, video) and a desire to develop these skills further
  • Familiarity with modern email platforms (e.g., Brevo or similar)
