JOB TITLE: HR Analyst

LOCATION: Warrington

SALARY & BENEFITS: Up to £35,000 | Bonus | Hybrid (3 days per week in office

ABOUT THE HR ANALYST OPPORTUNITY:

You will play a vital role in producing and delivering people metrics and data reports, covering regular cycles, ad hoc requests, and ongoing improvement projects within the HR function.

  • Generate and maintain accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual HR reports, supporting the People team with data analytics.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT to enhance HR systems, improving data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
  • Analyse data trends and provide insights to HR Business Partners, offering recommendations for operational improvements.
  • Manage the monthly reporting schedule, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and accommodate ad hoc requests.
  • Update HR system organizational structures and ensure adherence to relevant policies and procedures, preparing reports for diverse audiences.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Prior experience with i-Trent is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, data analysis, and VBA, is essential.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors, is highly desirable.
  • Experience with other HR systems—such as those for Recruitment, Benefits, Performance Management, and Learning & Development—is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines is crucial.
  • Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively within the HR team, with excellent communication skills for managing relationships at all levels.
  • Proven experience in successfully implementing complex projects.
