Scheme Coordinator vacancy waiting to be filled
Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association and would like to introduce the following position available
Position: Scheme Coordinator
Location: Warrington
Rate: Negotiable depending on experience
Hours: 35 hours p/week (Mon – Fri)
Length: 12 weeks
The role will predominantly involve:
- Delivering a person centred, housing related support to tenants residing in retirement living flats
- Working collaboratively in partnership with the Later Living team to ensure effective and efficient housing management services are provided to individual
- Ensuring the scheme meets the high level of health and safety compliance requirements
- Assisting with customers’ queries
- Managing and liaising with contractors and other visitors to the scheme
The successful candidate will need to have an Enhanced DBS in place already and be able to start within 1 week notice
