Client Details

Michael Page have partnered with a well established Utilities business located in Daresbury. Due to Opening new head quarters are growing their team on a permanent basis.

Description

  • Collecting overdue debt to deadlines on specified account range
  • Posting daily cash and cheque receipts onto Sage 50 accounting system
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Taking credit card payments via PDQ terminal
  • Dealing with daily customer queries over telephone and email
  • Compiling ageing reports
  • Writing and updating excel spreadsheets
  • General department administration duties
  • Preparing manual invoices & posting onto customer accounts
  • Liaising with other departments
  • Weekly income analysis

Profile

  • Well organised

  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Word skills
  • Excellent communication skills as liaising with clients / customers via telephone and email and different in house departments
