Are you an experienced and motivated Dental Practice Manager looking for an exciting challenge? We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the operations of two thriving dental practices, ensuring exceptional patient care, team management, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Development: Managing and inspiring the practice teams across both sites, conducting appraisals, and encouraging continuous professional development.
- Business Performance: Overseeing profit and loss, managing budgets, and identifying growth opportunities for both NHS and private services.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensuring both practices comply with CQC regulations and all Health & Safety requirements.
- Patient Experience: Creating a positive patient journey by maintaining high levels of customer service and managing feedback.
- Marketing & Community Engagement: Developing creative ways to promote the practices within the local communities of Birmingham and Warwick.
- Administrative Management: Handling banking procedures, debt management, and ensuring policies, procedures, and staff handbooks are up to date.
- Proven experience managing multiple dental (2 or more locations).
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving performance.
- Business acumen - experience with profit and loss management, KPIs, and growth strategies.
- Proficiency with Software of Excellence (SOE) practice management software.
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and commitment to maintaining compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
