Our client are steadily growing and are looking for an extra 3 x Customer Service Advisors to join their existing close knit team

Membership Support Advisor duties include:

  • 1st point of call for the Members
  • Providing legal support to the Members (full training given)
  • Escalate legal queries where applicable
  • Promote factsheets and policy guidance to members.
  • Log accurate data on the CRM system.
  • Help review and complete existing legal documents and templates.
  • Keep up to date with relevant policies & legislations within our client's sector

The phonelines operate from 10am until 4pm to ensure that the advisors have time to do deal with any outstanding queries/admin duties.

Membership Support Advisor person specification:

The person would be:

  1. Exquisite customer service skills
  2. Clear and eloquent communication skills
  3. Good researching skills and experience
  4. Looking for a long term career

Other essential skills and experience needed –

  • Professional manner
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficient Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure/in a fast paced environment
  • Eager to self-develop to continue being the expert in your field
