Our client are steadily growing and are looking for an extra 3 x Customer Service Advisors to join their existing close knit team
Membership Support Advisor duties include:
- 1st point of call for the Members
- Providing legal support to the Members (full training given)
- Escalate legal queries where applicable
- Promote factsheets and policy guidance to members.
- Log accurate data on the CRM system.
- Help review and complete existing legal documents and templates.
- Keep up to date with relevant policies & legislations within our client's sector
The phonelines operate from 10am until 4pm to ensure that the advisors have time to do deal with any outstanding queries/admin duties.
Membership Support Advisor person specification:
The person would be:
- Exquisite customer service skills
- Clear and eloquent communication skills
- Good researching skills and experience
- Looking for a long term career
Other essential skills and experience needed –
- Professional manner
- Customer service experience
- Proficient Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure/in a fast paced environment
- Eager to self-develop to continue being the expert in your field
