Do you have experience in manufacturing or FMCG? If so, we want to hear from you! About The Business: This is a leading manufacturing business based in Warwick, committed to producing high-quality products and driving innovation in their industry. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a skilled FP&A Lead to play a crucial role in their financial planning and decision-making processes. The Role: As the FP&A Lead, you will report directly to the Finance Director and be responsible for overseeing all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the business, providing actionable insights to drive operational and financial performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead the FP&A function, delivering accurate and timely financial analysis, forecasts, and budgets. Provide detailed variance analysis and financial reporting to senior management. Partner with operational teams to support decision-making and improve profitability. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver financial insights to improve business performance. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting. Ensure alignment of financial planning with strategic business objectives. Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management. Develop financial models to support business initiatives, including capital expenditure projects and cost-saving programs. Key Requirements: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a strong financial background. Proven experience in a similar FP&A role within the manufacturing or FMCG industry. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills. Ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders. Excellent communication and business partnering skills. Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills. A proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
