- Management of the administration activities of the office including covering the telephones, typing, scanning, photocopying etc
- Oversight of office inventory, including ensuring an adequate supply of consumables, such as stationery, printer ink and first aid box
- Managing office correspondence and communication
- Fielding enquiries for the Structural Engineers
- Assist with the production of project reports etc.
- Record and follow up actions from internal meetings
- Gather information for sales invoicing
- Update company records including holiday charts and sickness
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Previous experience as an Administrator or similiar
- Good IT skills in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word
- Excellent written communication skills with a good level of numeracy
- Highly organised
