We are looking for an Office Administrator to be one of the first points of contact for our client's Warwick office. This role is essential in providing an excellent and professional service, handling queries, and supporting the office teams with administrative tasks.

You will be responsibilities will include:
  • Greeting all visitors to the office and providing an excellent and professional service.
  • Handling post and other correspondence that comes into the office.
  • Arranging internal and external meetings, including scheduling room bookings and organising refreshments.
  • Completing general administrative tasks for the office teams.
  • Managing client queries via phone, post, and email with clear and sensitive communication.
  • Maintaining high attention to detail to ensure records are kept up to date and regulatory breaches are avoided.
Ideally you will have/be:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Confident in learning new systems and processes.
  • Proven organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to consistently complete administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy.
  • Awareness of financial services and FCA regulations is beneficial.
