My client is an Electrical Wholesaler based in the Midlands.

Location: Warwick

Pay rate/Salary:  £40,000 - £50,000 + Company Car + % bonus taking you to £80k - £100K (Realistic end of year salary as other Branch Managers have hit their targets) 

Hours of Work: Monday – Friday

Type: Permanent – Office based

Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)

I am looking for a Branch Manager for a branch in Warwick. Im looking for the right candidate to come in and help the branch thrive. 

Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue- Manage branch operations efficiently, including inventory control and administrative tasks- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures- Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Skills:

- Electrical Wholesale- Strong selling skills with a proven track record in sales management

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written- Effective time management and organisational abilities- Proficient in phone etiquette for professional customer interactions- Demonstrated leadership qualities to inspire and guide the team- Sound administrative skills for managing branch operations effectively- Previous experience in Electrical Wholesale essential
