Your new companyHays are working closely with a school who are seeking a dedicated and qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their vibrant school community in Warwick. The successful candidate will support teaching and learning across the school.The correct candidate will have experience in a similar role, and will be flexible and a team player.Your new role

  • Assist in the delivery of high-quality lessons across various subjects.
  • Implement and support the Churanga music scheme.
  • Provide lesson cover for staff when needed.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to enhance student learning.
  • Support individual and small group instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.

What you'll need to succeed
