- Contribute to the Workforce Services Leadership Team in delivering the Our People Strategy and service offering to customers.
- Lead and manage a diverse team to achieve delivery objectives and service improvement.
- Balance both strategic and operational elements to ensure services meet current and future needs.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external customers, statutory partners, service providers, and voluntary sector organisations.
- Act as the subject matter expert in payroll and workforce systems, providing expert guidance and solutions.
- Substantial experience in a senior HR role.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate HR projects, including defining requirements and managing implementation.
- Strong knowledge of relevant employment legislation and experience in policy development.
- Experience in procurement, contract, and supplier management.
- MHR I-Trent experience required
