This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective delivery of payroll and workforce-related systems, supporting approximately 33,000 employees across 40 different customers.   • Contribute to the Workforce Services Leadership Team in delivering the Our People Strategy and service offering to customers.
  • Lead and manage a diverse team to achieve delivery objectives and service improvement.
  • Balance both strategic and operational elements to ensure services meet current and future needs.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external customers, statutory partners, service providers, and voluntary sector organisations.
  • Act as the subject matter expert in payroll and workforce systems, providing expert guidance and solutions.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Substantial experience in a senior HR role.
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate HR projects, including defining requirements and managing implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant employment legislation and experience in policy development.
  • Experience in procurement, contract, and supplier management.
  • MHR I-Trent experience required
