KCR Solutions are delighted to be working on behalf of an exceptional, global organisation to recruit a Finance Manager in Washington. Reporting to the Global FD, your duties will be as follows:

  • Responsible for the production and presentation of monthly management accounts
  • Closing monthly financials and completing reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Developing and reviewing annual budgets and assisting managers with their budgets
  • Responsible for product costing in the UK and European subsidiaries
  • Monitoring and managing the system used for determining unit cost of products
  • Conducting regular product margin analysis and sales analysis as needed
  • Ensuring appropriate intercompany pricing for different entities
  • Responsible for financial analysis on new and existing businesses
  • Analysing costs for new products and investigating other cost issues
  • Responsible for the production of financial reports and financial statements for the company
  • Assisting in annual external audit as required
  • Providing information to Head office for financial reporting, taxes, insurance and banking
  • Reviewing cash, accounts receivable, and accounts payable activity
  • Preparing and entering all monthly journal entries
  • Analysing various accounts and reconciling to the general ledger
  • Preparing governmental compliance reports as needed

Ideally you will be a qualified Accountant, although applications will be considered from candidates who are QBE or part qualified. You will have worked in a similar role for a few years, preferably in a manufacturing environment and will be able to manage several projects at any given time to meet deadlines. Strong Excel skills are essential.
