This is a Document Controller position for a regional contractor based in Hampshire. This will consist of being fully on site for the duration of their project in Farlington.
Your role would be:
- to take care of all project paperwork,
- have an understanding on Field view, ACONEX, and Share Point
- Set up, copy, scan, and store documents
- Manage requests for documentation
- Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date
- To liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties
- Manage the processes around documentation within the organisation
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects when required
