We are recruiting for a full-time Export Administrator role located in our Long Marston office. The Export Administrator will be responsible for export documentation, communication with suppliers and customers, order processing, and managing import/export activities on-site.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Produce accurate export documentation and sales invoices
  • Provide general administration/secretarial support services to Export Manager including liaison with shipping agents, export depots etc.
  • Updating and maintaining spreadsheets with the accurate information 
  • Updating and maintaining accurate information for the Environmental Agency
  • Updating the Navision system with the accurate information
  • Assisting the Export Manager and relevant site managers in maintaining accurate information, 
  • Assisting and working with the Export team
  • Liaise with sites for the timely planning of export loads
  • Plan and action container bookings with ocean carriers and freight forwarders
  • Process freight invoices
  • Perform such other duties as the Company may from time to time reasonably require
  • Comply with all Company policies related to Code of Conduct, Environmental, Health and Safety and Community

Qualifications
