UP TO £45,000 + 20% bonus

HYBRID - WATFORD AREA - 2/3 days a week in the office

THE COMPANY

This UK-based holidays business is growing out its Customer Lifecycle team to push on the businesses CRM and take the team to the next level!

THE ROLE

As a CRM Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:

• Supporting the team in a strategic and executional manner
• Looking at how the business can use different channels (SMS, app, whatsapp, etc)
• Moving the comms to be more automated on Bloomreach
• Managing a CRM Executive and supporting them to progress

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in a Senior Exec/Specialist/Manager level (or similar) is required
• Management experience isn't required, but mentorship is preferred
• CRM strategy experience is needed
• CRM Automation experience is also required
• No specific ESP required
