Sales Manager - Managed Services (OTE £175-200K)

UK Based ( home/office/field based, with travel to Northern Europe)

Base £75- 90K with £170-200K OTE + car Allowance

Our client supplies exceptional communications solutions, including world-leading broadband managed networks. Following recent success, they are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team.

If you have strong experience of wide-area network sales and a history of creating significant sales revenue, this is a fantastic opportunity to push your career with a passionate company. As a Sales Manager, you will identify, develop and close sales opportunities for our client's managed networks across all sectors within Northern Europe. Travelling throughout Northern Europe to meet with clients, you will identify and develop new business prospects, generate a pipeline of new business and proposition development and create and close large, complex enterprise deals with new accounts. You will lead sales teams that are assigned to specific prospects, ensuring that tasks are aligned with the objective and the team work together to achieve the specified outcome.

On a day-to-day basis, your role will involve: -

  • Creating innovative routes to market for our client's services -
  • Presenting solutions to clients and highlighting key benefits to them -
  • Maintaining and developing multi-level contacts at board level

  • At least five years' telecoms industry experience including wide-area network direct sales, ideally within Europe
  • Sales experience with fixed line terrestrial networks, SD-WAN and managed services.
  • A proven history of major corporate account sales of 500,000+ deals
  • Sales methodology training driven and proactive, as a Sales Manager, you'll have the ability to understand the technical aspects of communications and networking and customers' technical challenges.
  • You'll also need excellent presentation skills and outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
