- 1 year experience in HR role
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and other administrative software
- Must have excellent stakeholder management skills
- Managing the HRIS system and performing day-to-day HR admin tasks
- Drafting contracts and proof of employment letters
- Sitting in on disciplinary meetings and taking detailed notes
- Collaborating with key stakeholders across the business to ensure HR processes run efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR role
- Is proactive, hands-on, and able to work using their initiative
- Has excellent stakeholder management skills and is confident communicating across teams
- Is highly organised and detail-oriented, with a friendly and bubbly personality that fits our company culture
- Is proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other administrative software
