About the Recruitment Manager role:
Annual Salary: £36,000-£38,000 plus bonus scheme

Contract: Full Time 40 hours per week. Office hours 0730-1630

The responsibilities of a Recruitment Manager:
- Manage and support a team of Recruitment Officers
- Update current recruiting procedures
- Manage the recruitment processes ensuring all leads and applications are processed in a timely manner
- Working to the needs of the business and employing the right number of staff with the right skills or qualities
- Contribute content and make use of social media to attract suitable candidates
- Be active and visual in the local community, organise career/recruitment shows.
- Monitor and evaluate recruitment campaigns and staff turnover.
- Ensure the Recruitment Officers are maintaining a pipeline of tested, assessed, referenced and motivated workers ensuring compliance with any relevant laws, operating standards and client contractual requirements.
- Overseeing all recruitment administration, advertising, including reference checks and first sign off of compliant files.
- Interviewing all prospective candidates, telephone screening and completing compliance checks.
- Liaise with the Head of Service and Service Delivery Manager to ensure they are getting the right skill set and quality of carers needed to fulfil Service Users care packages
- Liaising with the training team to ensure a clear transition from compliance to training.
- Supporting day to day operations and delivering targeted sign off on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis as per the targets set in Branch.
