Description

Job Title: Production Manager
Location:Northwood, Watford.
Salary:£45,000-£55,000 + GBS Bonus
Hours:7:00 AM 4:30 PM (45 hours per week)
Holiday:25 days + 8 bank holidays (including Christmas break)
Parking:On-site parking

About the Role:
We're looking for an energetic, hands-onProduction Managerto lead production and logistics in a growing, dynamic company. This is a vital role, and we need someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump in when the team needs support. You'll oversee the day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily operations across production, logistics, and warehousing.
  • Implement lean processes (5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to boost efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage supply chain and inventory to minimise costs and improve accuracy.
  • Support and develop a motivated, high-performing team.
  • Troubleshoot production/logistics issuesget involved when things need fixing.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and improve operational reporting.
Requirements
  • Experience in operations management - manufacturing/production experience is essential.
  • Strong background in lean methodologies and process improvement.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and drive change.
  • Hands-on attitudewilling to get involved on the ground when needed.
  • A problem-solver with great organisational and analytical skills.
