We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our client’s team at our Watford office. This role is ideal for someone with relevant industry experience, who is self-motivated and possesses strong IT skills. The successful candidate will manage the overall operations for their design development office and support their design and product teams.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage general office administration tasks such as ordering stationery, managing couriers, and overseeing office supplies.
  • Oversee the brand compliance systems, including uploading Jpegs to the BC system, monitoring for approvals and disapprovals, and communicating with product developers.
  • Liaise with international teams and operations teams regarding brand compliance information and order placements.
  • Handle the reception of parcels and distribution of contents to the appropriate personnel.
  • Organise and maintain files for the accounts department and manage stock rotation and seasonal garment rotation in showrooms.
  • Support the product teams in preparing samples for customer meetings and manage sample sales logistics.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the office environment, including managing waste and unused materials.
  • Provide comprehensive support to all members of the design and product team, adapting to changing market conditions as necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an office administration role within a relevant industry.
  • Strong competency in IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
