Reed Tutors are seeking a 1:1 Tutor in the WD19 area to support students with complex needs and SEMH issues.
The role requires proven experience in working with students facing these challenges.
The position offers 15 hours of work per week with pay rates ranging from £30 to £35 per hour.
Responsibilities include planning sessions tailored to the child's EHCP outcomes and providing detailed weekly progress reports.
A compassionate teaching approach and the ability to build positive relationships are essential, with QTS being desirable.

Reed Tutors are working with schools and the Hertfordshire Local Authority, supporting students who require tailored 1:1 tuition.

We are looking for a tutor in the WD19 area with experience in working with students who have complex needs and SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) issues.

Role: 1:1 Tutor (Face-to-Face)

Location: WD19

Availability: 15 Hours Per Week

Pay Rates: £30 - £35 per hour

Responsibilities:

Planning and Preparing sessions tailored to the child’s EHCP outcomes.

Sending detailed weekly reports highlighting the student’s progress levels and attainment.
