Reed Tutors are working with schools and the Hertfordshire Local Authority, supporting students who require tailored 1:1 tuition.

 We are looking for a tutor in the WD19 area with experience in working with students who have complex needs and SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) issues.

Role: 1:1 Tutor (Face-to-Face)

Location: WD19

Availability: 15 Hours Per Week

Pay Rates: £30 - £35 per hour

Responsibilities:

Planning and Preparing sessions tailored to the child’s EHCP outcomes.

Sending detailed weekly reports highlighting the student’s progress levels and attainment.

Ability to build positive relationships and boost student confidence

Desirable to have QTS
